Brighouse Get Their Steps In!
A selection of B&R’s fittest successfully completed the Manchester half-marathon on Sunday 21st May.
As if a double-headed concert weekend didn’t make them busy enough, they gave up their Sunday morning to test themselves in the blazing sunshine!
With the band returning home from Saturday evenings concert in Solihull in the early hours and then performing in Bury on the Sunday afternoon, few people would have begrudged them from giving this one a swerve! But Stephen, Tom, Ian, Natalie and Chris were well up for the challenge and all produced amazing times!
The Manchester half-marathon has been great practice for the upcoming Whit Friday marches. We just hope the rest of us can keep up with them!
