B&R are pleased to announce that we have appointed two new Vice Presidents. They are David Howe and David Fish QC. David Howe has been Chair of our Concert Team for many years. David Fish QC has been a Patron and Benefactor for the last four years. I am sure that both gentlemen will offer the Band their wealth of experience.
