The B&R Supporters Group is composed of a small number of volunteers who are a significant part of the Band family.

We support in a variety of ways, including the purchase of items of merchandise sold to raise funds – currently these include polo shirts, beanie hats, badges, pens and our special and popular teddy bears.

Other income comes from raffles and donations for refreshments at certain concerts.

We allocate these funds for the benefit of the Band when approached with requests for specific projects. Recent requests have included contributions towards the purchase of new music folders, display cases and for improvements to the Bandroom, most recently towards the cost of the new entrance door and windows.

However, fundraising is just one part of our role as we also arrange programme selling and catering to support the Band at some local concerts and special events.
